John Ringling Estates home tops week's sales at $3.62 million on North Washington Drive.

n a flurry of transactions, several properties changed hands in Sarasota's luxury market. The Abbotts, Ontario-based trustees, sold their 2017-built estate at 145 N. Washington Drive to the Kellehers, Sarasota residents and co-trustees, for $3.6 million. This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath property boasts a pool and 3,559 square feet of living space.

    The PierrePierre 807 LLC made way for Little Gull Properties HB LLC when they sold the Unit 807 condominium at 455 Longboat Club Road for $2.46 million. Built in 1990, this three-bedroom, three-bath unit spans 2,410 square feet and had previously sold for $1.75 million in 2023.

    A 1968-built condominium at St. Armands Towers North was purchased by Jeanne Walker and Merlot Mary Fogarty of The Woodlands, Texas, from Jonathan Eisner and Brown Investment Advisory and Trust Co., trustees, for $1.45 million. This two-bedroom, two-bath unit has 1,389 square feet of living area and had sold for $716,000 in 2011.

    The Kasimakis family, Sarasota residents, parted with their 1955-built home at 430 Monroe Drive to St Armand Realty LLC for $1.325 million. This five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath property features a pool and 3,467 square feet of living space, having previously sold for $290,000 in 1998.

    In Grand Bay, Eric and Linda Shuman of Poplarville, Mississippi, sold their Unit 162 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Thomas Kusner and Paola Mariani Kusner of New York City for $1.205 million. This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath unit has 2,143 square feet of living area and had previously sold for $675,000 in 2000.

    A condominium at Sand Cay changed hands when Trident X LLC sold the Unit 103 property at 4725 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Carolyn and Christopher Layloff, trustees, of Edwardsville, Illinois, for $1.175 million. Built in 1974, this two-bedroom, two-bath unit has 1,032 square feet of living area and had previously sold for $695,000 in 2021.

    Philip and Phyllis Lieberman of Verona, New Jersey, sold their Unit 113 condominium at Fairway Bay's 1930 Harbourside Drive to Anthony and Pamela Bevilacqua of Longboat Key for $880,000. This three-bedroom, two-bath unit has 1,905 square feet of living area and had previously sold for $675,000 in 2013.

    Diane Liebert and Leslie and Christina Abramowitz of Boulder, Colorado, sold their Unit 1102 condominium at Fairway Bay's 1922 Harbourside Drive to George Denoncourt II of Exeter, New Hampshire, for $605,000. This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath unit has 1,590 square feet of living area and had previously sold for $355,000 in 2003.

    Andrea Anderson and Rebecca Eby, trustees of University Park, sold the Unit 703 condominium at Longboat Harbour Towers' 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David Gardner, trustee of Bradenton, for $725,000. Built in 1972, this one-bedroom, one-bath unit has 725 square feet of living area and had previously sold for $525,000 in 2021.
