A luxury condominium at The Water Club at Longboat Key topped this week's sales with a price tag of $4 million. Michael and Kimberly Laurie sold their Unit 1005 condominium to Barbara Clark and Richard Kenneth Clark for $4 million. Built in 1999, the two-bedroom, three-bath unit has 2,667 square feet of living area.
A.C. Buddendorf Ltd. Partnership sold a home at Sleepy Lagoon to Donda Bullis for $3.65 million. The four-bedroom, four-bath property with a pool was built in 1994 and features 4,132 square feet of living space.

* Camille Miller, trustee, sold a home in John Ringling Estates to Park Residences LLC for $1 million.
* Christopher and Sue Doane sold their Unit 265 condominium at The Diplomat to Richard Charles Novetzke Jr., trustee, for $695,000.
* Gregory Ciccolo and Stephanie Sonnabend sold their home at Longbeach to Steven Weyl, trustee, for $650,000.
* KPA Group FL Inc. sold the Unit 303 condominium at Sutton Place to Peter and Lillyan Sclafani for $600,000.
