he Rio Group, a Valley real estate agency, has secured a new office space in east Phoenix. The 2,635-square-foot lease is at 2944 Plaza, an office building on 44th Street north of Thomas Road.
CEO Rio Vidrio expressed enthusiasm for the new space, citing its six offices, bullpen, and conference area as ideal for his growing team. He also noted that the layout offers opportunities for video production and content creation.
Before finalizing the deal, Vidrio toured over a dozen offices in Phoenix to find the perfect fit. Jorge Lizarraga of A.Z. & Associates LLC represented The Rio Group in the lease negotiations, while NAI Horizon represented the landlord.
As a tenant in the building, NAI Horizon has a vested interest in the deal, with its corporate office located at 2944 Plaza. "We're pleased to welcome The Rio Group to our professional community," said Cole Neville, Vice President of NAI Horizon.
