n a significant move, Ripley Travel Holdings, LLC has expanded its footprint in the area by acquiring two parcels of land on Shortman Road. The company, based in Scranton, Pennsylvania, purchased the properties from Mendenhall Properties, LLC and Colonial Squire Properties, Inc. for $100,000 and $125,000 respectively. This acquisition brings Ripley Travel Holdings closer to its goal of establishing a travel plaza in Ripley.
Meanwhile, another notable transaction took place in Chautauqua Institution, where 35 Vincent Avenue was sold for $1,405,000. This seven-figure sale tops the list of transactions that occurred between January 2-10. Other significant sales during this period include:
