ohan Oza, a "back-up Bollywood dancer" and successful entrepreneur, has made a significant investment in Miami Beach with the purchase of a historic Art Deco waterfront home for $13.51 million. The property, built in 1936 by renowned architect Lawrence Murray Dixon, boasts four bedrooms, 5½ bathrooms, and sits on a third of an acre.
Oza, co-founder of Cavu Venture Partners and investor in high-profile brands such as Vitamin Water and Vita Coco, has made his mark on the business world. His new home, which was on the market for just six days, features modern conveniences like a resort-style backyard entertainment area with a summer kitchen and a detached guest house.
Located on the Venetian Islands, Oza's new property is surrounded by luxury homes, including that of tech billionaire Peter Thiel. The listing brokers were Douglas Elliman's Jackson Keddell and Dean Bloch, while Oza was represented by Evan Weiss of 305 Degrees Realty, LLC.
