T
he Shorecrest condominium project is now set to rise at 1901 North Flagler Drive, where the synagogue currently stands. The temple will relocate within West Palm Beach, according to Bryan Cho, executive vice president of Related Ross. The original design was scaled back in favor of a standalone operation with its own curb appeal.
Shorecrest's initial plan called for 26 stories and 140 units, priced from $1.3 million to $9 million. The revised version will have 28 stories, 199 units, and prices starting at $1 million, up to $6 million. Units range from 1,000 to 2,800 square feet.
Groundbreaking is expected in early 2026, with completion slated for 2028. Amenities include a rooftop pool, fitness center, spa facilities, cocktail lounge, private dining room, coworking lounge, and game room. The design team remains unchanged: Roger Ferris + Partners as architect, Rottet Studio for interiors and amenities, and DSBoca for landscapes.
The redesign allowed the team to incorporate market data and feedback, adding units and increasing condos with Intracoastal Waterway views. Many pre-redesign buyers will return, Cho confirmed. Related Ross is building on the momentum of its South Flagler House project, which launched sales last year with prices ranging from $5.9 million to $72.5 million.
"We're offering large, grand waterfront living at a more affordable price point than South Flagler House," Cho said, noting target buyers include young professionals, families, and snowbirds. The projects are part of over 6,600 residential units in the pipeline for West Palm Beach.
