yan Serhant’s brokerage has officially become a family venture. On September 16, the Million Dollar Listing New York star announced that his wife, Emilia Bechrakis Serhant, has joined the team as a licensed real‑estate agent, working from the SoHo office alongside Melissa Post. “Emilia is brilliant, determined, and has already achieved so much in her career,” Ryan said. “SERHANT. has grown beyond our expectations, offering top agents AI, media, and educational resources.”

    Emilia, a New York‑born Greek‑American, transitioned from a maritime lawyer and land‑title insurance specialist to real estate after earning degrees from Kent University, University College London, and BPP University. She previously served as vice president of business development at Kensington Vanguard National Land Services. Growing up between New York and Athens, she has long loved real estate. “When I evaluated brokerages, SERHANT. stood out as the most innovative place to build a career,” she explained, noting the decision was independent of her husband.

    In addition to her professional roles, Emilia authored the children’s book *To the Moon and Back for You*, published by Random House, inspired by her IVF journey that led to the birth of her and Ryan’s daughter, Zena, in February 2019. Ryan recently told *Parents* magazine why the couple keeps Zena’s face off social media: “We keep her privacy sacred. She and my wife didn’t want it public. When she’s ready, she can decide.”
