Sam Nazarian's Wellness Venture Expands to New Location

Sam Nazarian and Tony Robbins' Wellness Venture, The Estate, Set for Global Expansion

S
am Nazarian and Tony Robbins are set to launch a new wellness venture called The Estate at Century Plaza in Los Angeles next year. However, their sights are already set on expanding globally, with plans for 15 hotels and residences, as well as 10 longevity centers, by 2030. Their initial focus will be on opening wellness-centric properties in St. Kitts, the UK, Switzerland, and northern Italy.

The first property, located in St. Kitts' north, will feature a hotel with 100 suites, residential units, restaurants, an 18-hole golf course, and a helipad, along with a 50,000-square-foot preventive medicine center and anti-aging medical spa. Nazarian sees the wellness industry as a $5.6 trillion market, with competitors like The Well and Surrenne, but considers Aman and Auberge as more direct rivals.

The Estate will offer services focused on prevention, diagnostics, and addressing various conditions, aiming to improve quality of life and increase lifespans. Nazarian believes consumers will demand luxury brands that incorporate preventive medicine, allowing guests to learn about their health in a high-end environment. Singer Marc Anthony and strategist Richard Attias are also partners in the venture.

Membership at The Estate's standalone longevity center is expected to cost around $35,000 per year. This marks Nazarian's return to his hotelier roots after selling his remaining stake in SBE Entertainment's hotel brands to Accor in 2020.
