he San Juan County Economic Development Council invites business owners to a free online workshop on commercial real estate financing. The event, led by Tim Northrop from Heritage Bank, will take place on November 13th from noon-1 p.m. via Zoom. Pre-registration is required.
Northrop, with over two decades of experience in small business lending, will cover the four main programs offered by local banks: Conventional Loan Structure, SBA504 Loans, and two state-specific initiatives. This workshop aims to provide an overview of commercial real estate financing options for small businesses.
