In Sarasota, Philip Frost sold his four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home at 3500 Bay Shore Road to Moonshadows FL LLC for $1 million. Built in 2018, the 3,003-square-foot property features a pool.
Glamura TM Investments Ltd. sold Unit 602 at The Royal St. Andrew condominium complex to Mary Lou Poudre Berven for $946,000. The two-bedroom, two-bath unit has 1,482 square feet of living area and was built in 1969.
Other notable sales include a home at Sunnyside Park that sold for $725,000, a property at Gulf Gate Woods that sold for $645,000, and a condominium at Siesta Key that sold for $1.7 million.
In Sarasota Beach, Gary and Jeannine Toth sold their two-bedroom, two-bath home at 5539 Avenida Del Mare to Neil and Khristine Deichman for $1.06 million. The property was built in 1975 and has 1,405 square feet of living area.
A condominium at Tivoli by the Sea sold for $925,000, while a unit at Haleakala House of The Sun sold for $894,000. A home at Siesta Manor sold for $810,000, and a condominium at Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club sold for $800,000.
Other sales included a property at La Siesta that sold for $650,000, a home at Palmer Ranch that sold for $979,000, and a unit at Arbor Lakes on Palmer Ranch that sold for $825,000. A home at Sandhill Preserve sold for $685,000, while a property at Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club sold for $664,900.
A home at Stonebridge sold for $576,200, and a condominium at Bouchard Gardens sold for $550,000. A unit at Mira Lago at Palmer Ranch sold for $530,000, and a home at Osprey's The Woodlands at Rivendell sold for $910,000.
