Johnson Estates home led this week's real estate transactions with a sale price of $3.45 million. Bernard and Judy Greenhill, trustees from Linville, North Carolina, sold the property at 1622 Kenilworth St. to Ferdinand and Elizabeth Ann Crovato from Temple Hills, Maryland.
