two-property sale on Hudson Pointe Drive topped the week's sales at $2,527,000. William Roe and Elizabeth Cole Roe sold their properties to Nicholas and Lisa Seminara of Avon, Connecticut for this amount. The first property was built in 1953 with four bedrooms, a pool, and 2,738 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.85 million in 2016. The second property, built in 2014, has one bath and 528 square feet of living area.
