n Sarasota, a condominium in BLVD topped the week's real estate sales. Rachel Mcaree sold Unit 1804 at 540 N. Tamiami Trail to Michael Fieri for $7 million. Built in 2020, it has four bedrooms and 6,145 square feet of living area. This sale more than doubled its original price from 2020.

    In Sarasota Block 6, John and Katherine Holland sold their Unit 1101 condominium at 401 Quay Commons to Ellyn McColgan for $6.2 million. Built in 2021, it has three bedrooms and 3,647 square feet of living area. The sale price was a significant increase from its original price in 2021.

    Aqualane Estates saw the sale of Jill Brook's home at 1624 Stanford Lane to Michael Harrison Oliver for $4.725 million. Built in 2015, it has five bedrooms and 5,161 square feet of living area. The sale more than quadrupled its original price from 2017.
