OGIC Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce that two of its rising professionals, Michael Sclafani and Mallory LaBranch, MBA, have received prestigious scholarships from the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute. This achievement highlights LOGIC's commitment to professional development and industry excellence.

    Mallory LaBranch, an Associate at LOGIC, was awarded the Brad Bonkowski Named Memorial Scholarship, a $1,500 award that honors her late stepfather, a CCIM member who passed away in 2023. The scholarship is offered by the Northern Nevada CCIM chapter and holds significant personal value for LaBranch. She aims to earn her CCIM pin in 2026.

    "This scholarship means a great deal to me both professionally and personally," said LaBranch. "I'm grateful to the Northern Nevada CCIM Chapter, LOGIC, and my mentor, Andie, for supporting my growth in commercial real estate."

    Michael Sclafani, Senior Associate at LOGIC, received the CCIM Southern Nevada Past Presidents Scholarship to support his education in the CI 102 course. A Candidate Member of CCIM, Sclafani is on track to test for his full designation in 2026.

    "Receiving this scholarship is a significant step forward in my journey toward CCIM designation," said Sclafani. "I'm proud to be part of an organization like LOGIC that values continuous learning and encourages active industry involvement."
