ayne Farquha, former senior manager of commercial properties at Mapletree, joins Sitex Group as vice president of construction. He will direct construction strategy and execution for the company’s industrial assets, concentrating on complex redevelopment, repositioning, and new‑build projects across New Jersey, New York, and South Florida.

    Property manager Amanda Galasso, previously with JLL, brings expertise in managing multitenant industrial properties. Sitex also hires Sam Bass, a recent Georgetown University graduate, as an analyst to support investment and asset‑management teams with financial analysis and market research.

    In a promotion, Abe Mandel becomes vice president of property management. Having joined the firm in 2024, he will lead property‑management initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and improve tenant experience.
