ila Developments, a Nashville-based company, is planning to break ground on a 16-story hotel in SoBro within the next year. The site was previously home to Dandgure's Cafeteria, a meat-and-three restaurant. Sila owns the property through Lafayette Street Partners LLC, which purchased it for $6 million in April 2024. The new hotel will be part of the Marriott Element brand and is being designed by SV Design.
