orth Carolina's Premier Sotheby's International Realty is strengthening its marketing efforts by hiring two local specialists. Chris Krauss, with over seven years of real estate marketing experience, will focus on the Charlotte metro area as a marketing specialist. Hunter Parrish, who brings almost seven years of experience, will serve the Asheville and surrounding areas as a senior advisor marketing specialist. Both will be supported by a nearly 30-person marketing team.
This move reflects Premier Sotheby's continued investment in elite marketing talent and its commitment to advisor success through innovation and strategic regional leadership. "We have answered the call to deliver exceptional service across North Carolina," said Chief Marketing Officer Kathy Forrester.
In other news, SERHANT has welcomed a 13-person team that has closed over $3 billion in sales in the Washington, D.C., area. The Sky Group is led by managing partners Anna Mackler and Barak Sky, who each have over a decade of real estate experience. Engel & Völkers has opened its first office in the Dominican Republic, led by license partner Manuel Higuera. Brown Harris Stevens has also welcomed Shawnalei Tamayose to its Fifth Avenue office in New York City, bringing over 13 years of experience in resales and new development.
