outh Florida's luxury residential market saw several high-end transactions across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. The deals spanned from Miami Beach to Boca Raton, with prices ranging from $6.3 million to $13 million.
In Miami Beach, real estate investor Matthew Adler sold his 5,100-square-foot home at 2932 Prairie Avenue for $6.4 million to Elan Cohen. Adler's family had purchased the property in 2013 for $2.2 million and listed it for $7.4 million earlier this year.
In Fort Lauderdale, software mogul Miguel Zubizarreta sold a waterfront home at 2841 Northeast 37th Court for $8.8 million to Kevin Lowe and Neha Bhatt. The 6,500-square-foot property was built in 2021 and features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and 125 feet of waterfront.
In Boca Raton's Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club neighborhood, John and Mary Hargrove sold a non-waterfront mansion at 484 Royal Palm Way for $13 million to the Palmstone Trust. The couple had purchased the property in 2022 for $2.8 million and built an 8,400-square-foot mansion with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
In Palm Beach, Robin Weeks, widow of financier J. William Weeks, sold her island home at 210 Jamaica Lane for $6.3 million to two Virginia-based LLCs. The property was originally purchased by the couple in 1995 for $675,000 and listed as a teardown earlier this year.
