outhern Union State Community College has introduced two new courses designed to equip aspiring and newly licensed real estate professionals with the skills needed to succeed in Alabama's dynamic market. The post-license course is a 30-hour program tailored for those transitioning from temporary to permanent licenses, covering business planning, client management, transaction coordination, marketing strategies, negotiation techniques, and common pitfalls specific to Alabama's industry.
The course costs $336 and runs from January 29 to April 2, meeting on Wednesdays at the Opelika campus. The pre-license course is a 60-hour program that prepares aspiring professionals for the Alabama licensing exam, covering real estate principles, practices, legal considerations, client interaction skills, market analysis, and property valuation.
This foundational knowledge is essential for starting a career in real estate with confidence. The pre-license course costs $672 and runs from January 28 to April 3, meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Opelika campus. Registration is now open for both courses, and participants are encouraged to register early as space is limited.
