RS Real Estate Partners Expands Industrial Services Platform
The company has added six industry professionals to its Phoenix and Southern California offices, strengthening its industrial platform nationwide. "Our commitment to expanding our industrial services is stronger than ever," said SRS President Garrett Colburn. "These new hires will enhance our platform in key markets while maintaining a client-first approach."
Jeffrey Garza Walker joins as Executive Vice President & Managing Principal for Phoenix, bringing 20 years of experience in industrial advisory, investment sales, and cross-border transactions. He is joined by Anna Sepic, Senior Vice President from NAI Horizon, with over 10 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in buyer representation. Brenda Walker also joins as Senior Client Services Associate.
In Southern California, James deRegt becomes Senior Vice President in the Newport Beach office, bringing over 30 years of industry experience and more than $1 billion in industrial transactions. He is joined by Nick Krakower, Senior Vice President from Lee & Associates, specializing in Orange County, Inland Empire, and Mid Counties markets. RJ Dumke also joins as an Associate.
