T
he St. Joe Company has launched a boutique real estate brokerage in Northwest Florida's gulf coast region. Led by industry veteran Diane Hausler as Senior Vice President, the new venture specializes in home sales along the coast. According to Jorge Gonzalez, President and CEO of The St. Joe Company, "the time is right" for this expansion due to the area's growing popularity.
Hausler brings over 22 years of experience in real estate leadership to her new role, having previously led a team of up to 150 agents at The Ebby Halliday Companies in North Texas. With $8.2 billion in total sales volume in 2023, she has a proven track record of success.
The brokerage plans to open its first office in St. Joe's WaterColor Town Center this spring and will focus on creating a team of agents who share Hausler's vision for high-touch, personalized service. Gonzalez notes that the company's extensive market presence and continued migration of residents from across the country position them well for growth.
Northwest Florida offers a range of communities to suit different lifestyles, product types, and price points. For more information about St. Joe's residential communities, visit joe.com/real-estate.
