T
he Yacht Club, a 20,000 square-foot dining and drinking venue at the Starrett-Lehigh Building, is more than just another addition to the Hudson River waterfront's growing restaurant scene. It's also the public face of Level 10, a luxurious full-floor amenities complex that showcases the building's transformation under new owner RXR.
Located on the tenth floor, Level 10 offers a range of facilities open to both office tenants and the general public. The Yacht Club itself features a 125-seat seafood restaurant and several expansive bars, with an indoor-outdoor design that takes full advantage of its waterfront location. Its operator, CREW, is also behind the popular Grand Banks restaurant on Pier 25.
Level 10's rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the Hudson River, making it an ideal spot for events and meetings. The complex can be booked by the public for celebrations, conferences, and other activities. RXR has invested heavily in upgrading the building since its $920 million purchase in 2011, including installing five miles of new glass windows and attracting high-profile tenants like Tommy Hilfiger and Ralph Lauren.
