Steve Gold's Soho Abode Re-Listed for $9.99M

Actor's NYC townhouse, once listed for $10.8M, now on the market due to growing family needs.

teve Gold, a well-known broker from Netflix's "Selling New York" and Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing New York," has relisted his Soho loft for $9.99 million, down from its original ask of $10.8 million last year.

The three-bedroom, 3.5-bath loft spans 3,400 square feet in a charming cast-iron building at 22 Wooster St., dating back to 1920. The full-floor residence can also be rented for $49,000 per month starting in November when the current tenant moves out.

Original details like 11-foot-high ceilings, exposed beams, and five skylights give the loft its unique charm. "The light is what I love most about this place," Gold said. "It's incredibly rare to find a bright loft with three exposures and five skylights."

The open great room features a chef's kitchen, dining area, and entertaining space. The loft has been gut-renovated with new details like 16-inch wide oak plank floors from Denmark, Italian stone, and custom Venetian plasterwork by artist Benjamin Lai.

A rounded alcove off the great room could be converted into a staircase leading to the roof, which can be purchased separately from the building. The loft also boasts two kitchens, including one with dual ovens, a warming drawer, and a wine cooler hidden behind pocket doors.

The main bedroom suite has two large windows, dual walk-in closets, and plenty of hidden storage space. Gold is listing the property due to his family's growing needs, and he's working with the Corcoran Group as the listing broker.
