he Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International has brokered the sale of 20 International Way in Lawrence, MA for $5.25 million. The 29,842-square-foot building sits on over seven acres and was acquired by Impact Church.

    Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company represented the buyer, while Kevin Malloy of Avison Young represented the seller, JJD. According to Stubblebine, "Impact Church will establish a new location in a facility with substantial infrastructure ideally suited for a church."

    This acquisition marks a significant expansion for Impact Church as it grows its presence in the region. The property's size and existing infrastructure make it an ideal fit for the church's needs.
