VN International (SVNI) announced on Nov. 14, 2025 that Karen Kulczycki, CCIM, SIOR, Senior Vice President of SVN Chicago Commercial, and John McClellan, CCIM, SIOR, Senior Advisor at SVN Miller Commercial Real Estate, will serve as Co‑Chairmen of the SVN Leasing Product Council. Their mandate is to enhance collaboration, share best practices, and deepen leasing expertise across all asset classes and markets. McClellan brings 38 years of leasing experience, a top‑producer record, and dual CCIM/SIOR credentials, while Kulczycki, a seven‑year SVN broker, has earned titles such as 2025 Woman Broker of the Year (Illinois RE Journal) and multiple SVN National awards. Together they will host quarterly virtual meetings for council members nationwide, covering leasing strategies, marketing, legal updates, and emerging technologies. The council’s broader goal is to disseminate insights, introduce new tools, and leverage SVN’s national platform to elevate client service and performance across the network, underscoring SVN’s commitment to knowledge‑sharing and collaboration through its Product Councils.
