aylor Swift's former Cape Cod beach house has hit the market for $14.9 million, according to Mansion Global. The historic property in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts, boasts 200 feet of ocean frontage and sits on a 1.1-acre lot overlooking Nantucket Sound. Spanning 5,000 square feet, the New England-style home features eight bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic waterfront views.

    The interior includes a formal living room with exposed beams and a fireplace, as well as a large dining room and chef's kitchen facing the water. Additional amenities include an outdoor sunroom, pergola, home office, gym, lofted library, heated pool, and three-car garage. The property was previously owned by Swift for under a year before she sold it in 2013 for $5.7 million.

    The current sellers acquired the estate from Swift and worked with architect Dell Mitchell and interior designer Heather Wells to incorporate modern updates. Located across from the Kennedy compound, the house was reportedly rented by Swift during her romance with Conor Kennedy in 2012.
