    From 2023 to 2024, Kingsport saw a notable increase in home value, with a growth rate of 7.91% or more than $17,000. The average home value in the city is now $233,467, according to GoBankingRates.

    Kingsport has been recognized for its affordability and in-demand housing market, earning it a spot as one of the most livable cities in Tennessee and the nation. Located in northeastern Tennessee near the Virginia border, Kingsport is part of the Tri-Cities region.
