he brokerage industry is constantly evolving, with frequent mergers and new partnerships emerging. Here are some of the latest developments across the US:

    eXp Realty has welcomed a star-powered team in Texas, led by YouTuber Kyler Ferris, who founded Ferris Realty in Conroe, Texas. The 45-agent team closed $164 million in sales last year and will now leverage eXp's platform to create over 5,000 annual inbound leads.

    Meanwhile, Terry Cohen, a billion-dollar agent with over $2.5 billion in career sales, has joined Compass in New York. She will focus on real estate in the Hamptons and bring her deep knowledge of the East End market to the brokerage.

    In California, Erick Fernandez's EF Homes team has moved from Keller Williams to Coldwell Banker after 13 years. The Santa Cruz County-based firm is known for its expertise in the tech sector and will now benefit from Coldwell Banker's infrastructure and resources.

    Mountain Realty ERA Powered, a Pennsylvania affiliate, has acquired a local independent firm based in Gettysburg. The addition brings the ERA Powered firm's agent count to 34 and expands its reach in central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland.

    Keller Williams is expanding its European footprint with a new master franchise in North Macedonia, while @properties REMI Christie's International Real Estate is opening a new office in Traverse City, Michigan. The Agency has also opened two new offices in the Atlanta area, led by top producer Deborah Morton.

    Finally, SERHANT. has added Alvaro Garcia to its new development sales team in Miami, where he will represent 29 Indian Creek, a luxury condo and townhome project in Miami Beach's Faena District.
