Now, it appears she's added landlord to her resume. According to reports, Hudson has amassed an $8 million real-estate portfolio since dating the 73-year-old football coach.

    Hudson reportedly bought four properties in a few months at the end of 2023. She set up a trust entity called TCE Trust in June 2023 to facilitate these transactions. Her LinkedIn profile lists her as founder and CEO of "Trouble Club Enterprises," which is also linked to trademarks for 14 of Belichick's catchphrases.

    Realtor.com reported that Hudson purchased three multifamily homes in the Boston area in December 2023, including two Dorchester townhouses for $2.2 million and $2.3 million, respectively. One of these homes has a four-bedroom apartment available to rent for $5,000 per month, featuring a high-end kitchen and hardwood floors.

    Two weeks after buying the Dorchester properties, Hudson purchased a $3 million multifamily home in Boston's Roxbury Crossing neighborhood with 15 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms across three apartments. The building reportedly generates $17,675 in rental income each month.

    Hudson listed her address as a two-bedroom cottage in Harwich, Massachusetts, which she bought for $610,000 in October 2023. According to reports, the mortgages for all four properties were paid off within a week of each other in January this year.

    As Hudson's landlord empire grows, questions arise about her responsiveness to tenants' needs. With a hefty price tag like $5,000 per month, one might expect prompt attention to plumbing emergencies and appliance repairs.
