Tobin Real Estate closes successful commercial real estate transaction in Florida and beyond.

T
obin Real Estate has successfully closed another commercial real estate transaction, showcasing its expertise in dealmaking throughout Florida and beyond. Senior Vice President Louie Granteed represented both sides in the $16 million sale of Broward Corporate Center in Davie, Florida, a property he had previously listed exclusively.

Granteed's team facilitated the sale between Tri-County Development Group, led by Principal Laurence Leavy, and BSD Capital, LLLP, Principals Sharon Sharaby and Guy Levintin. The 41,790 square-foot office building at 4491 S. State Road 7 was completed in 1988 and features a vacant parcel. Its prime location near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and easy access to I-595 and Florida's Turnpike make it an attractive site for redevelopment.

"This transaction required persistence, market knowledge, and strong relationships," Granteed said. "The end result was a great outcome for both parties." He added that the seller was able to capitalize on its long-term investment, while the buyer can realize future upside through new leasing, property enhancements, entitlements, and re-development.

Granteed is a prolific dealmaker with a track record of closing impactful investment sales and lease transactions across the Southeast U.S. Tobin Real Estate, a division of the forward-thinking Tobin firm, leverages generations of experience and a strategic approach to achieve optimal results for clients. This Fort Lauderdale commercial sale is one of many examples of Tobin's unmatched expertise.
