ead Real Estate (LRE) has announced the successful sale of two luxury condominium buildings in prime Tokyo locations. The first property, Excelsior Nishi Azabu 2 Chome in Minato-ku, is a 3-unit building featuring reinforced concrete construction with one basement and three above-ground floors, spanning 4,985 square feet of building area on 2,238 square feet of land. The second property, The Real Building Nishi Waseda in Shinjuku-ku, is a 5-unit steel frame structure with five floors, covering 3,220 square feet of building area on 726 square feet of land.
Both properties are situated in highly desirable locations, with Nishi Azabu offering proximity to financial centers and shopping districts, while Nishi Waseda is near parks, Waseda University, and subway stations. Due to confidentiality agreements, the sale prices and buyer details were not disclosed.
The strategic significance of these property dispositions extends beyond the immediate transaction value. Both locations represent prime examples of Tokyo's mixed-use urban planning success, with Nishi Azabu exemplifying the integration of luxury residential spaces within Tokyo's commercial core and Nishi Waseda showcasing effective transit-oriented development.
These developments reflect LRE's ability to identify and execute projects in areas with strong appreciation potential. The combination of prestigious addresses, transportation access, and proximity to key institutions suggests sustained demand for these assets, validating the company's site selection strategy.
