Scipio house sold for $975,000 tops the list of most expensive residential real estate sales in Cayuga County over the past week. In total, 14 residential sales were recorded with an average price of $313,772 or $187 per square foot.

    The top sale was a single-family home at 3676 Ensenore Road that sold for $975,000. The house has 2,544 square feet and was built in 1920. Another notable sale was the single-family residence at 5619 Ridge Road, which sold for $600,000. This house has 2,162 square feet and was also built in 2009.

    Other sales included a single-family home at 8476 State Route 34 that sold for $370,000, a single-family house at 3 Oak Drive Extension that sold for $397,000, and a single-family residence at 1655 W. Genesee Street Road that sold for $328,500.

    The list also includes several sales in the Auburn area, including a single-family home at 39 Grover Street that sold for $275,000, a single-family house at 22 Arlington Ave that sold for $215,000, and a single-family residence at 8074 State Route 90A that sold for $222,905.
