cNeill Hotel Company (MHC) and Kothe Real Estate Partners have broken ground on a 124-key Home2 Suites extended stay property in Twin Falls, Idaho. The ceremony took place on August 19th at 2005 Neilson Point Place.
Located on the south rim of Snake River Canyon, Twin Falls is a thriving commercial hub for south-central Idaho and northeastern Nevada. This joint venture development brings together Madison-based Kothe Real Estate Partners as primary developer and MHC, which will manage the property. MHC already manages several properties in the Mountain West, including the Hilton Garden Inn Twin Falls.
The new Home2 Suites will offer stunning views of Snake River Canyon, direct access to the Canyon Rim walking trail, and proximity to the Twin Falls Visitor Center, shops, and restaurants near the Perrine Bridge.
