LI Boston/New England has launched its Small‑Scale Development Council, a platform that brings together developers, architects, financiers, lawyers, builders and other specialists working on independent, entrepreneurial and community‑focused projects. The council will champion initiatives that enhance livability, walkability and neighborhood character, strengthening the long‑term vitality and resilience of urban areas. “This council embodies ULI’s dedication to fostering innovation and inclusivity,” said Executive Director Michelle Landers. “It offers a forum where independent developers and creative practitioners can share insights, collaborate and shape healthier cities.” Open to both ULI members and non‑members during its first year, the council will be co‑chaired by Halle Auerbach Thomas of Tierney Development Services and Jason Denoncourt of Renovo Financial, who will spotlight exemplary small‑scale developments across New England.
