nited Real Estate announced that SunWest Real Estate Advisors has joined its Kansas City-based operations, Platinum Realty. This move brings a luxury portfolio to United's Midwest service footprint and expands Platinum Realty's presence in the region.

    SunWest agents will gain access to seven major Midwest markets and the tools and resources of Platinum Realty's national partner, United Real Estate. They will also receive competitive benefits such as PPO healthcare plans, wealth planning, and enhanced luxury property marketing services.

    United Real Estate President Rick Haase commented on the merger, stating that it's gratifying to have Jerry Braklow and his team join them in growing their presence in Kansas City. SunWest Operating Principal and Partner Jerry Braklow explained that they needed a strong partner with a large market presence to reach their goals.

    SunWest Missouri Broker and Partner Monet Deshler highlighted Platinum Realty's focus on supporting agents and promoting their business, which attracted them to the partnership. Platinum's Director of Growth and Market Development, Rob Hill, noted that SunWest agents will have additional technology and resources offered by Platinum and United Real Estate, expanding their professional networks and market presence.

    Platinum Realty is a ten-time Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private U.S. company and one of the largest independent residential brokerages in the Midwest. United Real Estate operates in 32 states with 159 offices and more than 21,000 agents, producing over 70,000 transactions and $27.8 billion in sales volume in 2023.

    The merger allows SunWest to flow into Platinum's model and expand exponentially, aligning their principles and values with a shared mission of putting real estate agents at the center of everything they do.
