.S. Bank Bolsters CRE Expertise with Alex Hofstetter Hire

    Boston-based commercial real estate veteran Alex Hofstetter has joined U.S. Bank's Real Estate Structured Finance Division, bringing a wealth of experience to the table. As a seasoned banker, Hofstetter will spearhead efforts to expand the bank's CRE repo and warehouse lending capabilities.

    With nearly two decades of industry expertise under his belt, Hofstetter boasts a unique blend of skills in underwriting, structuring, origination, and capital markets. His specialized focus on data center lending sets him apart from his peers. Having made the move from JPMorgan Chase, Hofstetter previously served as a key CRE advisor to clients across the Boston-to-NYC corridor during his tenure at Citizens Bank (2014-2024). Prior to that, he held various CRE roles at Bank of America in multiple geographies, including the Boston area, for 14 years.
