unrise Realty Trust (SUNS) has appointed Alfred Trivilino as Managing Director on the Tannenbaum Capital Group | Real Estate platform. In his new role, Trivilino will focus on sourcing and structuring deals to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for the SUNS portfolio. With over 30 years of experience in real estate credit and private equity, Trivilino brings a proven track record of success in executing complex transactions and developing scalable investment strategies.

    Trivilino previously served as Managing Director and Head of U.S. Real Estate Finance at CDPQ, where he led the U.S. commercial real estate financing strategy. He also held senior positions at Related Fund Management, Gramercy Capital, BayNorth Capital, and Apollo Real Estate Advisors. SUNS CEO Brian Sedrish expressed confidence that Trivilino's industry knowledge and experience will support the company's platform expansion and investment objectives.
