r. Nicole Martin, a former star of "The Real Housewives of Miami," has sold her Coral Gables home to British pop legend Robbie Williams for $40 million. The 19,000-square-foot mansion boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and 435 feet of waterfront property.
Martin, who starred on the show from 2021 to 2024, purchased the home in 2022 with fiancé Anthony Lopez for $21.5 million. They had planned a gut renovation but ultimately sold it after just three days on the market. Realtor Dennis Carvajal represented Martin in the sale.
The property, located in the exclusive Old Cutler neighborhood of Coral Gables, features an all-white interior, including a family room with an in-wall TV and a bar and lounge area perfect for entertaining. The kitchen includes three Sub-Zero refrigerators, while the backyard boasts a large resort-style pool and plenty of indoor/outdoor seating.
The sale sets a record for Old Cutler Bay, with the price working out to $5,000 per square foot. Williams is not only a fan of the show but also has the means to afford this luxurious property.
