Grand Rapids real estate broker is planning a major renovation for a neglected building on Wealthy Street SE. The two-story structure, located between popular bars and restaurants, would be converted into apartments and retail space under the proposal by Brad Veneklase of Urban Soil Realty. Veneklase purchased the dilapidated building at 1007 Wealthy St. SE last year for $194,000.
