he Faywell, a 334-unit multifamily community in downtown Wheaton, has officially broken ground after nearly five years of planning. Residents can expect to move in by fall 2026.

    Located at 220 W. Liberty Drive, The Faywell is situated near the Metra Union Pacific West station, providing easy access to downtown Chicago. The development boasts a range of amenities, including a resort-style pool and state-of-the-art fitness center, as well as a coworking lounge and bike parking.

    The DuPage County Prairie Path, a popular recreational trail, runs directly adjacent to the property. Egg Harbor Café will also return to Wheaton in the ground-floor retail space.
