nnie Knight, a prominent online personality, has put her Currumbin Waters property on the market after purchasing a new "forever home" for $2.7 million. The 28-year-old made a significant profit of $600,000 from a one-day event and used it to fund the purchase of a four-bedroom house with a pool.
Knight had previously bought an acreage home in August last year for $1.37 million, but has now listed it for sale as she plans to renovate and live in her new property. The earlier purchase was initially intended as an investment property, but Knight has decided against this due to its need for renovation.
The Currumbin Waters property, located on a 4,388 sqm bushland parcel, features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, high ceilings, timber floors, and large windows framing a green outlook. It is being marketed by Coastal agent Emisha Canning and will go to auction on August 22.
Knight's new home is described as "perfect" with plenty of space, a huge backyard, and a pool. The location is considered a quiet, family-friendly pocket where the bush meets the sea, just 10 minutes from Currumbin's surf breaks and rockpools. Knight has retained another local investment property and plans to renovate her new home, which she says doesn't need any work.
