ove Inc., the parent company of Realtor.com, has acquired Zenlist, a platform that allows real estate agents to easily share MLS and non-MLS listings with their clients. The deal is seen as a response to shifting dynamics in the industry, particularly the growing demand for access to private listings.

    Realtor.com's head of Next, Anna Marie Castiglioni, said the acquisition will enable the company to deliver a more modern, transparent, and cooperative consumer buying and selling experience. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

    Zenlist has been touted as a valuable tool in accessing private listings, with @properties Christie's International Real Estate describing it as "an incredible opportunity" for buyers. The platform also powers eXp Access, an app launched by cloud-based brokerage eXp Realty in 2023, which is currently used by over 35,000 agents and several leading MLSs.
