Estate agency Newton Fallowell Peterborough has completed a change in its ownership structure. Former co-director Kieran Arthur has acquired full ownership of the agency after buying out the shares of his business partner and co-founder Jason Treadwell. As a result, Arthur will lead the company in future as sole owner and managing director.
Continuity in operational management
Arthur launched the Peterborough branch jointly with Treadwell in April 2022. Since the opening of the office, Arthur has significantly shaped operational processes and directed day-to-day business activities on site. With the full buyout, he now consolidates his role at the helm of the regional business.
For the agency's clients and partners, the reorganisation of ownership primarily represents continuity. Because Kieran Arthur has led daily operations at the branch from the outset, the management of the office remains in familiar hands. The move marks the transition from a co-founded partnership to sole entrepreneurial leadership.
