Oreda GmbH is expanding its commitment to the Frankfurt School Real Estate Institute (FS REI) and its new international Master's programme in Real Estate. As part of this cooperation, Dr. Daniel Landgraf and Dr. Christopher Yvo Oertel, both Managing Directors of Oreda GmbH, will be appointed to the FS REI Scientific Advisory Board. Additionally, they will serve as lecturers in the academic teaching programme of the Master's course.
Oreda's expertise will also be contributed by Dr. Dominik Rehse, the company's Director Strategy & Advanced Analytics, who will focus on Artificial Intelligence topics as a lecturer. Dr. Landgraf and Dr. Oertel have already been involved in the expansion and further development of the Frankfurt School Real Estate Institute as Industry Fellows for approximately six months. Their extensive experience in the real estate and financial industries serves to make the study programme practice-oriented and to integrate relevant impulses from the professional field into academic education.
Practice-Oriented Teaching and Academic Expertise
Professor Dr. Kerstin Hennig, Head of the Frankfurt School Real Estate Institute, emphasised the significance of this collaboration. She explained that close cooperation with experienced practitioners represents a central component of the educational concept. Dr. Daniel Landgraf and Dr. Christopher Yvo Oertel combine comprehensive practical experience with a sound academic background, thereby synergistically linking both perspectives. The English-language Master's programme in Real Estate focuses on several key areas of the real estate industry. These include real estate investment, finance, digitalisation, artificial intelligence, and sustainability. These focal points reflect the current and future requirements of the global real estate market.
