Propstack, a provider of CRM solutions for the real estate industry, has announced the launch of its new AI assistant named Proppi. This system is directly integrated into the Propstack platform and aims to support real estate agents in their daily operations. The official presentation of Proppi is planned for 2 September 2026 as part of IMMOBYTES in Cologne.
Proppi accesses the full range of functions and context of the Propstack system. The assistant is designed to automate manual tasks to free up more time for agents to provide personal client consultations. Supported areas include research, data analysis, the creation of property documents and marketing materials, as well as other administrative tasks.
Kevin Heldt, co-founder and managing director of Propstack, commented on the development of Proppi. He highlighted that agents spend a significant part of their working day preparing materials for clients and properties. With Proppi, an AI assistant has been developed that provides precise relief in this area and takes over certain tasks.
Functionality and Integration
The integrated AI assistant can, when required, access and link information from contacts, properties, activities, tasks, notes, and communication. Proppi is not only capable of processing information but also of using and connecting functions within Propstack. This includes, for example, generating reports and using other tools, such as image generation.
Proppi's support extends to specific work situations, such as preparing for client and owner appointments, summarising previous communications, identifying open tasks, and determining next steps. The AI assistant also supports the creation of recurring workflows, templates, and automations. The decision-making authority always remains with the agent; Proppi prepares and executes, while the professional evaluation and approval are the user's responsibility.
Yousef Kamawall, co-founder and product manager at Propstack, clarified that Proppi is designed as an AI agent for action. He described Proppi as a copilot that can execute everything within the Propstack system that the user can also do via the interface. This includes using the same data, functions, and permissions. Proppi understands the context, derives next steps, and implements them, from notes and tasks to appointments and emails. These actions occur in direct consultation with the agent.
Official Product Launch at IMMOBYTES 2026
The first public presentation of Proppi will take place on 2 September 2026 at IMMOBYTES in the Wasserturm Hotel Cologne. IMMOBYTES is considered a relevant event for the real estate industry, where experts discuss the future of property search, consultation, and client interaction, as well as new technologies for the agent business.
