The rating agency Scope has once again rated INTREAL with an AA (SMR) in its service KVG rating. This classification certifies the company's very good quality and competence in the launch and administration of real estate funds. Since the initial rating in March 2021, this is the fifth confirmation of INTREAL's AA level.

Scope identifies INTREAL's market leadership as a real estate service capital management company, as well as its position as a highly specialised platform for fund initiators and institutional investors, as key factors for this positive result. The rating agency also highlighted the powerful IT infrastructure and the ongoing digitalisation and standardisation of outsourcing control. Further strengths include solid earnings power, clearly defined processes, and the group's specialised subsidiaries.

A decisive aspect of the evaluation was the high degree of automation and integration of INTREAL's IT systems. Scope particularly emphasised the expansion of the digital partner platform INTREAL Connect and the strategic use of AI and automation solutions. According to the rating agency, these technological developments form a fundamental basis for continuously high service quality and enable further growth, particularly in the area of fund services.

Andreas Ertle, Managing Director of INTREAL, stated that the renewed confirmation of the AA rating underlines the company's strategic and economic future viability. He emphasised the combination of many years of experience in fund administration with a powerful real asset platform and the targeted further development of the service offering according to client requirements, in order to create a reliable basis for further growth.

Malte Priester, also Managing Director of INTREAL, explained that the rating highlights the close link between technological capability and operational quality at INTREAL. A future-proof platform, he said, must both efficiently standardise processes and provide the necessary flexibility for different client requirements. According to Priester, INTREAL Connect, the integration architecture, and the use of AI and automation support this connection, enabling services to be developed scalably without compromising quality and close cooperation.

INTREAL's solid earnings power was also positively assessed by Scope. Between 2022 and 2025, commission income recorded growth of approximately 11 percent, while equity increased by about 34 percent. According to the rating agency, this development favourably positions INTREAL to benefit from the increasing demand for efficient back-office solutions in the market.
