Vonovia, Europe's leading residential property company, is supporting the Berlin startup Immoly in developing a digital solution for property management. The innovative AI platform aims to simplify, make transparent, and render more cost-efficient the administrative tasks for private and semi-institutional landlords, as well as smaller management companies. This collaboration underscores Vonovia's strategic commitment to actively promoting digital innovations and emerging technology companies within the real estate industry.
The importance of innovation and digitalisation is highly valued at Vonovia. The establishment of Immoly in 2026 was already supported by Vonovia's own Venture Studio format. This programme is designed to provide targeted support to young technology companies in their formation, financing, and successful market entry, with the overarching goal of strengthening the innovative capacity of the entire real estate sector.
AI as a driver of proactive management
Immoly is developing an Artificial Intelligence-based platform capable of comprehensively automating management processes. Vonovia acts as a strong partner from the real estate industry, supporting Immoly with specific industry knowledge and valuable experience. The developed solution will not be integrated into Vonovia's operational IT systems, but is explicitly aimed at external market participants outside of Vonovia's core business.
Christian Glock, Venture Team Lead at Vonovia, stated that Artificial Intelligence opens up new opportunities for the real estate industry. He emphasised that the Venture Studio specifically supports founders in developing innovative technologies. Immoly is an example of how digital solutions can simplify management processes for private landlords and administrators, and he highlighted the goal of advancing innovations in the market and promoting new technologies.
Florian Tonner, founder and managing director of Immoly, expressed that AI has reached a level where proactive management is possible, operating with fewer errors and more affordably than many other solutions. He was delighted to have Vonovia as a partner to enable private and semi-professional landlords to benefit from this development. The platform uses AI as a digital assistant for the automatic organisation and management of processes and documents.
