This is according to a recent study by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
The 'RICS AI in Commercial Property and Construction Report 2026', based on global feedback from over 3,100 industry experts, reveals that around two-thirds of professionals in the construction sector now use AI to varying extents. These figures underscore a growing readiness for digital transformation in what has traditionally been a rather conservative industry.
