Letting successes totalling more than 14,500 m² have been achieved in the Admiraliteitskade 62 office building in Rotterdam. These include both new leases and contract extensions with existing tenants. The transactions contribute to strengthening the property's long-term letting structure and confirm the demand for modern office spaces in the centre of Rotterdam.
The anchor tenant, an internationally active provider of risk advisory services, extended its lease for an area of approximately 8,400 m². Furthermore, Nevesbu, a specialist in shipbuilding and marine technology, secured approximately 1,750 m². Chane, a company in the liquid goods supply chain sector, combined a contract extension for about 700 m² with an additional lease of approximately 1,050 m². The regional network for inclusive secondary education, KoersVO, took on approximately 1,255 m² under a new lease agreement. Further smaller new leases, including one with "Doctors at Soap", as well as contract extensions with existing tenants for a total of more than 1,500 m² complete the volume. All concluded leases have long terms of around ten years, which solidifies the property's stability.

The Admiraliteitskade 62 office building is situated directly on the waterfront. It offers modern and flexible office spaces, complemented by fast fibre-optic connectivity, a lounge area, shared meeting rooms, a rooftop terrace, a restaurant, and a car park. Aroundtown was advised by Colliers on the lettings to Nevesbu, KoersVO, Chane, and Doctors at Soap. The largest user of the building was also advised by Colliers. On the tenant side, Nevesbu was supported by CBRE and KoersVO by Molenaar Bedrijfshuisvesting.
