Arrow Real Estate Advisors is celebrating its two-year anniversary in October 2024 with a significant personnel expansion. Yanni Marmarou, an experienced mortgage broker, is joining the team to significantly scale the company's capital markets business in New Jersey.
Marmarou, who founded the New Jersey office of Investment Property Realty Group (IPRG) in 2023, joins Arrow as Senior Director. Prior to that, he was instrumental in expanding B6 Real Estate Advisors' geographic presence in North New Jersey before moving to IPRG.
Strategic Expansion and Expertise
Morris Betesh, Founder and Managing Partner of Arrow, based in Manhattan, commented on the new appointment: "Yanni Marmarou brings a rare combination of in-depth market knowledge, development expertise, and a strong track record in executing complex transactions. His experience in North New Jersey and his understanding of the entire lifecycle of a real estate transaction will be invaluable to our clients as we continue to expand our platform."
Marmarou joined IPRG as Partner and Managing Director in early 2023, where he led investment sales operations for the newly established New Jersey office. During his tenure at IPRG, he arranged transactions comprising over 2,000 residential units in the North New Jersey market, as reported by Arrow. A request for comment from IPRG went unanswered.

Yanni Marmarou himself commented on his move: "I am excited to join the team and bring my experience in investment sales, development, and land transactions to a broader capital advisory role.
